We have a great space filled with quirky decor, theatrical props, museum pieces, and other oddities like our working player piano. The entire house is a conversation piece with fun themed rooms. Our philosophy is that people spend a lot of their lives at home... so home should be a place that's fun to be.
Our location is great, too. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown by car and we are only two blocks from the light-rail station which means getting to downtown on public transportation is easy.

The Bone Room (Furnished)

Feminine and macabre, this bedroom theme is Victorian Adventurer meets Lovecraftian Heroine. Full/double bed, writing desk and closet / reading nook. Decorated with a "cabinet of curiosities" and fully articulated skeleton and other boney things. Definitely not cursed or haunted... anymore.
The Mechanist Room (furnished)
*Mechanist Room* This Bedroom is a steampunk/Metropolis themed room, complete with a robot, tools, and a small project station that you are welcome to use if you are feeling like making/repairing something. No Kill-bot construction allowed without written consent from your host, please.
Rates and Terms:
We ask for first + last months rent + move in fees + deposit for use of "furnished" space. The base monthly rate for each room varies based on several factors such as desired term length, (We offer a range from 3 - 12 month rental terms) double occupancy etc. Also additional fees apply for pets.
Bone Room ($850.00 - 950.00 per mo) Utilities Included
Mechanist ($750 - $875 per mo) Utilities Included.
Note: This rental adheres to the city and state rental laws for "Owner Occupied", and "Furnished" rentals.
